|With all the hemianopsias, there is a fine line between whether the macula and fovea of the retina are involved or are spared. It will always be bilateral, affecting both eyes to the same degree. If the macula is involved, even the unaffected side of the vision will have a loss in terms of clarity and more distortion.|
